I feel like I am always eating. I am constantly full. Is this okay, or can I cut back on the number of “meals/snacks”?

Hi Lisa! I love my Fitbit also. You can link it to My Fitness Pal. It gives you credit for exercise – makes the whole think a lot easier. I track my PS1000 on My Fitness Pal because it gives you a count on your calories, carbs, protein, fat, and many more things. So many helpful tools – Good luck to you!

I get cravings for soda pop. Is it okay to have ZEVIA? ZEVIA is a 0 calorie soda that is made with Stevia, natural flavors and has not caffeine. It is very pricy and I get it from the health food area at the local store. The Ginger Root Beer is very good.

Hi Amie! I have done a few different programs and have been very successful on them, but as you said, it is a battle everyday. I lose it and after about a year or so, I put it back on. Hence I start over. At 58 it gets harder and harder. I start this weekend with the drops. I wish you the best of luck – keep in touch!
