@troylg Welcome to your future - This program was the only one that ever took me to my goal. I stayed there almost 2 years and now need to loose 10 pounds so I just ordered my drops yesterday. I know it is hard to give up certain foods but know the reward is well worth it - Good Luck with your journey to better health!

@suecobb157 Hello day 2 and I have had major headache and upset stomach is this from coming off the caffeine and sugar or is there side effects when taking the drops?

I'm not a techie person so not sure I can master this site, but will give it a try. I had a successful P1 and lost 20lbs and in P2 lost another 5lbs then the holidays came so I extended my P2 and maintained the weight loss, but since trying to return to P1 I have not been able to get consistent and I'm up 5 lbs and so frustrated. I have another 20-25 lbs to take off.
