@joni_tipka_fisher Hi Joni - Welcome. I find the eating plan filling with less cravings. For me starting with protein in the morning made a huge difference. Clean eating really cut my sugar cravings. I have lost 48 lbs in a year and have been maining the weight loss. You can do it!.
