Hi, I tried this recipe two days ago after I started this diet and I loved it.
Vegetable broth
Crushed garlic
2 tablespoons coconut milk
Tilapia fish
Salt
Lemon
Some hot sauce like Texas PetePut all the ingredients together and let it simmer for 10-15 mins.

Hello, I started my diet three days ago. Have lost three pounds. First week feels really hard. Already had some rice right now. How do I stop my mind from pushing me to eat carbs :((

You can buy erythritol on Amazon and use it as sweetener – it tastes and looks like sugar, but has no calories and no sugar grams. Just a few carbs, about 5g per teaspoon. I use it to sweeten fat free yogurt with a piece of fruit. I did not discard yogurt, even in the first phase – still lost 20 pounds in 10 weeks.
