    I didn’t know sugar was added to cheese. It’s not listed in the ingredients.

    I’m looking forward to this awesome affect of the program. So is sugar off limits for life. Do you just use stevia? How about honey? Syrup?

    I’m praying this works. The toto dieting is horrible. And depressing. Yet my quest for yet another program exhibits my determination to be successful. As I say, I pray this is the program. Phase 1 Day 4.

    I know I read somewhere to put ten drops under your tongue but I just looked at the bottle and it says to use 15 drops. Which is it? Thanks ?

    This is just what I would suggest but I’m no expert. And since no one else is responding: The vitamins can keep you awake at night so I would take the in the morning. What I do is put them in a 24oz bottle of water alone with my liquid D3 and a detox I have and sip on them all morning and afternoon. I sip them from 7-4, over time, so my body can absorb the good stuff and I don’t pee them out by taking them all at the same time.

    Hi all! I would just like to offer my knowledge about leg cramps: Even though our water goal is 1/2 of our body weight in ounces, this may be too much. You need to monitor your urine color. If it is clear, you are drinking too much water and washing out all of your minerals. This will cause severe leg cramps. I had them for a long time when I started to drink so much water. Drink less and work your way up according to your bodies needs. I do not have leg cramps anymore. Your urine should be the color of fresh squeezed lemonade or straw, not clear.
