Hi there! I usually eat dinner at 6pm and I know I shouldn’t eat within 2 hours of bedtime but I’m a night owl and sometimes don’t go to bed until midnight. By this time I am STARVING! Can I have a snack around 9?

I know we’re not supposed to eat within 2 hours of going to bed but I am a night owl and eat dinner around 6. I was wondering if I could have a snack around 8 which would definitely be at least 2 hours before bed if not more. Thank you.

Thanks so much for your response. Yesterday was a bit better and I wasn’t as hungry as I was on day one. I was able to lose a pound so hopefully that will continue. Have not done any exercising yet but plan to in a few weeks once I get used to my new eating schedule. Thanks again and best of luck to you!

This is extremely discouraging for Me! I followed the plan to a “T” drank all of my water and took my drops. I even went to bed starving. Why am I up a pound today? Someone please help! So disappointed.
