The B complex vitamins give you a lot of energy. I would recommend taking them once a day in the morning or before a workout but avoid anything before bed.

Thank you, April! Super helpful advice. 🙂
January 28, 2017 at 4:07 pm #11747Robyn, that is my concern as well. Although I haven’t received any reply from PS1000 about issues related to starting over with the drops and phase 1 foods (a little frustrating that there hasn’t been sufficient support in that regard) my thought is to approach it as if it were the first time I started and see what happens. However, I am concerned over trying something again that is so stringent and precise, failing and then finding myself worse off than before. I am wondering if it might be better to focus more on “lifestyle changes” than on losing weight quickly because in the end the yo-yo effect is THE WORST place to be. Bad for our bodies and minds.
January 18, 2017 at 12:24 pm #11440Good luck to you! I’m 45 and had success early on but then got off track during the holidays. I am restarting. These boards provide good support as does the Facebook group. 🙂
January 18, 2017 at 12:14 pm #11439I am also 45 and need to lose about 30 pounds. I had success last year (October-November) on this diet but got off track over the holidays. I am now restarting. I found that some days were easier than others. I like what @jennhosborn said: lifestyle, not diet. I think that mindset helps. Good luck!
January 18, 2017 at 11:56 am #11438I’m starting over. I lost 13 pounds the first time around (October-November 2016) but got off track during the holidays. I think I gained it all back. I’m having a hard time wanting to get back on the scale. 🙁 I’m wondering if I can expect similar results on the second time around? And I’m open to any suggestions regarding motivation. This path isn’t easy but it’s effective.
October 20, 2016 at 3:26 pm #9782Thanks, Lynda! I am going to start using My Fitness Pal instead. Jessica also mentioned caloriecounter.com. I’ll compare those two. Thanks again and good luck!
October 20, 2016 at 3:24 pm #9781Thank you, Jessica! This helps a lot. I had started using calorie count but I will also check out My Fitness Pal. I like that it’s free. 🙂
October 18, 2016 at 9:15 pm #9736I’ve been doing Orangetheory off and on since April this year. I love its hour-long workout. Perfect mix of cardio and weights. Today is my first day on this program, and I worked out in the morning. After taking the drops and having a peach pre-workout, my stomach wasn’t feeling that great toward the end of the workout. I may take the drops afterward next time to see if this makes a difference. Cheers!
