Yes it would be nice if a food list was readily available vs having to carry the book around. I am thinking though, that after shopping a few times, it will start to be natural to know the “yeas” and “nays”?

Welcome to the group!! I am 47, received my kit and will be starting on Wednesday with my husband.
I would recommend looking at the recipes that are available here and on FB. Most of them you will have to double up on, but I don’t see anything that a teenager wouldn’t really like 🙂

My ultimate goal is to conquer the Zumba 🙂 After some of my weight is gone, a galpal of mine and I are going to take dance lessons. She wants us to salsa!!

I got my package yesterday. Am so excited to start. Hubs and I and binging this weekend (game night with friends planned weeks ago) so am planning on starting on the 1st. Gives me time to clean out the fridge and cupboards of what we can’t have and then go through recipes and go shopping.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I too am looking for at least 100 lbs to start with … 150 tops lol. I am not a water drinker so I think that will be an issue with me. I bought a 32oz water bottle today and will get as close to the necessary as possible. Keeping fingers crossed 🙂
