    It’s definitely a journey for sure. Weight loss is such a mind game, it’s so much about keeping the right mindset every day, and sometimes reminding yourself of what you’re doing hourly. The main thing I’ve learned is to not be so hard on myself, celebrate success, but understand that there will be successes and non-successes along the way. The important thing is to never give up!

    I did the drops once during phase 2. In the morning so I’d remember. I felt like it really helped me to keep my mindset.

    Congrats… that’s so awesome, and motivating to me! I’m just venturing off phase 2, and back on phase 1 again tomorrow! I’m looking forward to wearing some of my favorite clothes that have been packed away for years! Keep up the good work!

    I’ve been adding cottage cheese to my salads, and just using the liquid from that as dressing. I really like it!!

    We all have those moments. The best part about this program for me is everytime I’m “cheating” I’m much more aware of it. And that’s a huge step forward at least.

    CRAB MEAT! I’m so excited for this! I hadn’t thought about it, but I’m going to hunt it down now! I’ve been having lots of canned salmon, and I love salmon but a switch up will be awesome!
